Less time on routine work. More time for the law.
Averix is a Danish AI platform for law firms that brings document generation, case handling, legal research and pleadings into one place.
At the heart of Averix is our own chat and AI solution, built on a locally hosted LLM – not ChatGPT wrapped in a new system. The AI tools are included in your Averix licence, with no token fees and no price per request.
Describe the case in plain text and get a document back with the correct statutory structure, client data inserted correctly and formal requirements met. Work that used to take hours takes minutes – and you read, assess and approve as always.

What Averix does while you keep hold of the case
Six areas on the same foundation: the structure lives in code, and you approve the result.
Document generation
Describe the case in plain text and get a finished document with the correct statutory structure, client data inserted correctly and formal requirements met.
Case workspace
Add the documents of the case, entire folders included. They are read, summarised and made searchable, so the whole case sits in one place.
Legal research
Search statutes, executive orders, guidance, preparatory works and case law. Free text or by provision, in the context of the case itself.
Pleadings and litigation material
Writ, defence, reply, rejoinder and statement of claim, plus the extract and the collection of authorities as finished PDF files.
Inheritance and asset calculation
The distribution sits side by side with the document, so you see the consequence while you read the text. The same for shares in a division of estate.
Firm and user administration
A multi-user platform with logins, user roles and firm administration. Documents can be uploaded through a flow that anonymises personal data first.
Developed in Denmark together with Danish lawyers
- The structure lives in code, not in a model
- The lawyer is always the last step
- Client data is anonymised before AI processing
The principle
Code controls the structure. AI fills in the content.
A model never decides which statutory provisions a document contains. The structure is fixed in advance. The model has a narrow job: understand plain text, phrase it properly and run quality checks. In a legal document a hallucination is not an annoying glitch, it is a legal problem. Averix is built so that failure mode is designed out rather than asked not to happen.
- 01
The structure is fixed
The provisions, their order and the formal requirements of each document type are written in code. It is not something a model can change along the way.
- 02
Plain text is understood
You write your notes from the client meeting the way you always do. Averix extracts the information it needs and asks when something is missing.
- 03
Data comes from your own fields
Names, civil registration numbers and addresses are inserted solely from what you entered yourself. Never from the model.
- 04
Quality check before you see it
Every document runs through a combined check against legal rules, formal requirements and correctly inserted client data before it reaches your screen.
Platform
Four areas, one workspace
Averix gathers the work that today sits scattered across template collections, document folders, statute lookups and notebooks.
Document generation from free text
You describe the case in plain text and get a finished document back. The will module shows the distribution side by side with the document, so you see the consequence while you read the text.
- Wills
- Future powers of attorney
- Division of estate
- Marriage settlements
- Cohabitation agreements
One workspace per case
Add the documents of the case, entire folders included. They are read, summarised and made searchable, and you can ask questions about the material in a chat where the answer always cites document and page.
- Upload entire folders
- Summary and timeline
- Search across the case
- Answers cite the page
- OCR
Legal research in Danish law
Search Danish law on a foundation that is curated and maintained against law in force. Research happens in the context of the case instead of in a separate tab.
- Statutes
- Executive orders
- Guidance
- Preparatory works
- Case law
- Search by provision
Pleadings, extracts and exhibits
Averix models the chain of claim, plea, operative fact and evidence, and can flag a plea without documentation. Exhibit references update automatically when the extract is repaginated.
- Writ
- Defence
- Reply
- Rejoinder
- Statement of claim
- Extract and authorities
Value
What changes in practice
Not what the technology can do, but what changes on your desk.
- 01
Hours of document work become minutes
Without letting go of control. You read and edit as always, you simply do not start over in a template.
- 02
You are always the last step
Everything can be edited. Nothing is sent anywhere automatically.
- 03
400 pages of case material become a question
You do not need to have read all of it to ask about it, and you are told where the answer sits.
- 04
Research in the context of the case
Statute and case law lookups happen where the case lives, not in a separate tab with its own search history.
- 05
Fewer of the tedious errors
Missing formal requirements, incorrectly inserted data and references that no longer match after repagination.
- 06
One system instead of four
Template collection, document folder, statute lookup and notebook in the same place.
Control and responsibility
What you should know before considering a tool like this
The audience is professionally critical, and that is the right instinct. So the caveats are here, not in the small print.
- The lawyer approves
- Averix makes no decisions and sends nothing on its own. Everything passes your desk first.
- Anonymisation before AI processing
- Documents can be uploaded through a flow where personal data is anonymised automatically before storage.
- A tool, not an adviser
- Averix is built for lawyers and does not replace legal advice. Professional responsibility stays where it has always been.
- Danish from the ground up
- Danish legislation, Danish case law, Danish language and Danish formal requirements. Not a translated foreign platform.
Questions
What people ask first
If your question is not here, write to us. We answer professionally and without a sales pitch at info@nordium.ai
What if it makes something up?
That is the right objection, and it is answered by the construction itself. A model does not decide which provisions a document contains, because the structure is locked in code in advance. Client data is inserted solely from the fields you filled in yourself. The model has a narrow job: understand plain text, phrase it properly and run quality checks.
Which document types does Averix cover?
Wills in every form, future powers of attorney, division of estate with asset statement and share calculation, marriage settlements including the registration flow, and cohabitation agreements for unmarried partners. Every document type rests on the same foundation, where the structure lives in code.
What happens to client data?
Documents can be uploaded through a flow where personal data is anonymised automatically before storage. The details inserted into a finished document come from the fields you filled in yourself. If you want the data processing arrangement reviewed concretely, we take that at the demo rather than as a claim on a website.
Is Averix legal advice?
No. Averix is a working tool for lawyers. It does not replace a lawyer, and it does not advise clients.
How is Averix different from other legal software?
Averix is not a general AI assistant with a legal layer on top. It is legal tech built for Danish law, where the structure of each document is fixed in code and AI is only used to understand free text, phrase the wording and check quality. Document generation, case work and legal research live in the same place, so you do not switch between four tools.

Averix is developed by Danish AI developers in close collaboration with lawyers. Built from the ground up for Danish law – based on how lawyers actually work and on legal practice.
